Full Stack Developers

Responsibilities:
Determines and identifies high level functional and technical requirements on the basis of interactions with users.
Provides quality assurance review and the evaluation of existing and new software
Develop high-level system design diagrams for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
Develop and implement moderate to complex web applications on one or more platforms.
Interact with project management to plan project schedules and technical direction.
Provides for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
Participates in the design phase of software projects. Some will actively create design plans, while others assist the Software Architect in planning and creating standards for the project.
Reviews all code work for accuracy and functionality
Analyze coding segments or to analyze the plans and schematics of the application they are working on.
Design, build and optimize the frontend UI and backend APIs required for the various projects.
Proposes new libraries, frameworks, and tools to improve quality of code and efficiency of the team


Role Requirements/Experience
1. A first degree in computer science or any related field with a minimum of a second class lower.
2. Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies
3. Strong knowledge of computer languages, such as Java, C#, .Net, React, JS, Node js, Python
4. Strong background in coding
5. Strong knowledge of user interfaces
6. Strong knowledge of HTML technologies and web frameworks
7. Experience with database creation and maintenance
8. User interface development experience using languages such as, CSS, HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, or JSON
9. Experience with developing mobile optimized websites and apps
10. Understand existing codebase, as well as all platforms, infrastructure, libraries, API, and frameworks
11. must be technically savvy with a flair for creativity and innovation
12. They need to be able to work in high pressure environments and adhere to strict deadlines.
13. Being a team player and having excellent communication skills also are important
14. You have been part of and led at least 4 SDLC implementations
15. Must have worked in a test-driven, agile team. You know your limits and how to work on a deadline.
16. You are a problem solver with an inquisitive and innovative mind
17. You have strong design and architecture experience by analysis of existing environments to identify deficiencies and solutions for improvement,
18. Must have a good understanding of Cloud platforms
19. A good exposure to fintech platforms and financial markets.
20. You are responsible for creating Digital technology solution and program roadmap by collaborating with business strategy and design consultants.
21. Ability to take on the new challenges ahead together with the growing business.
22. Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, performance characteristics)
23. Previous experience building ERP applications, banking technologies or other related applications both web and mobile.

Head, Human Resources

Responsibilities:

Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation;
liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety
Recruiting staff – this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
Preparing staff handbooks;
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits; • undertaking regular salary reviews;
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records; interpreting and advising on employment law;
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures; •developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;
Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff;
Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.

Product Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

 

Role Requirements/Experience:

  1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field; however a degree in Computer science will be an added advantage. 
  2. At least three years’ experience 
  3. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  4. Portfolio of design projects
  5. Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD)
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of design software
  7. Deep understanding of graphic and interface design principles
  8. Expert knowledge of graphic design applications
  9. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Adobe XD),
  10. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  11. Good time-management skills
